How are finalists selected?
We have a extensive judging panel that consists of some of the most respected and experienced experts in the Virtual Reality industry. Every nomination is judged by our specialist panel on a points based system. See our judges here: https://awards.vrbound.com/judges/
When will finalists be announced?
The finalists will be announced on the 4th of June.
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on the night at the awards ceremony.
Is there a fee for nominating?
Entry Fee – £89 + VAT
You may enter as many categories as you like, however each entry will be treated as a separate entry and the entry fee must be made for each category which you enter.
If you are a charity, please contact us and you will receive 50% off entry fees.

What is the VR Awards?
The VR Awards Celebrates outstanding achievement in the Virtual Reality Industry. Attendees include some of the biggest names in VR and offers a night of entertainment and celebration, looking back on the previous year of achievement.

Attending the VR Awards
How can I register to attend the VR Awards?

What can I expect on the night?
There will be 300 influential international attendees on the night. You can expect a champagne reception, exquisite 3 course dining, live entertainment, the award ceremony, and VIP after party if you wish to attend.
VIP after party access can be purchased alongside with your tickets.
When and where is the VR Awards?
The VR Awards is at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London’s most central venue. The event starts at 18:00 and ends late. The date of the VR Awards 2018 will be announced soon.
Is there a specific dress code necessary to attend?
Yes, the dress code for the VR Awards is traditional black tie.
Is there a place to put my bag / coat?
Yes, a cloakroom is available for free on site.
Where can I book my hotel / accommodation?
Accommodations is available on site at the VR Awards, Club Quarters, discounts are offered through our team.
Alternatively there are plenty of hotels ranging from low to high budget in the surrounding areas, less than a 5 minutes walk away.

I’m not a UK resident. Is a visa required to visit?
Visa-free travel is still in place for citizens of members states of the European Union. If you want to check if you need a UK visa please do so here: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa
What do I need for check in at VR Awards?
Your ticket information will be emailed to you directly, so please print this or bring your phone so we can check you in.
Tickets must be shown at entry. If you do not have your ticket, you may be asked for ID for proof of identity.
Can I transfer the name on my ticket to someone else?
In some instances we may be able to transfer the name on your ticket. This is handled only with a case by case basis.
I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for the VR Awards, we appreciate your understanding.
